Tiramisu by Isabelle Lee

Ingredients: 
Cream cheese 250g
Yogurt 270g ( I use 2 bottle of nestle yogurt)
Icing sugar 80g
Cocoa powder 2 tsp
Melted butter 50g
Digestive biscuits 200g

Method:
1. Crush the biscuits and mix it very well with the melted butter till it resembles coarse sand then arrange in any suitable container.
2. Whisk cream cheese, yogurt, icing sugar till smooth.
3. Layer (2) mixture on top of digestive biscuit, can either smooth with a spatula or spoon.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for min 4 hours or even overnight.
5. Dust a thin layer of cocoa powder on top (using a sieve) before serving.
