Cocoa White Coffee Layer Jelly Eggs by Ivy Chee


Ingredients: 
A) 
18-20 empty egg shells

B)
Cocoa layer:
1 1/2 tbsp agar-agar powder
110gm sugar
580ml water
3 tbsp cocoa powder
125ml evaporated milk

C) 
white coffee layer:
1 1/2 tbsp agar-agar powder
110gm sugar
580ml water
1 packet (40gm) 3 in 1 white coffee powder
125ml evaporated milk

Method:
1) Boil ingredients B and C separately, set aside.
2) Pour about 10-15 ml of cocoa layer in each empty egg shells.
3) When the mixture is half-set, pour in 10-15 ml of white coffee layer.
4) Repeat step no.2 and no.3 until all the mixture is used up.
5) Chill in the fridge when it is set.
