Pork Casserole by Phui San Liau

Method:
1) sauté onion with melted butter.
2) coat meat (I used mui-yoke) with a bit of flour then add into the onion.
3) add water and tomato paste.
4) add in other root vege (I used apple, sweet potato, carrot and pumpkin).
5) chuck into oven 190C for about 45 mins or till meat is tenderly cooked and vegetables softened.
