Butter Buns by Doreen Chin

Ingredients:
280g bread flour
120g organic wholemeal flour
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Salt half tsp
Honey 60g
Soy milk 150g
Soy residue 50g (optional)
Yeast 3/4tsp
Egg 1 pc
Butter 40g

Method: Use direct straight mixing dough method. (Note 1)
Topping: butter 12 slices (Note 2)
Preheat oven at 170°C, bake for 15 mins.
