Lunch / Dinner Ideas by Louis Ho

Butter pan fried salmon
Zucchini + cherry tomato
Fried kampung egg
White & brown rice with VCO & nutritional yeast flakes underneath the egg



Pumpkin & spinach (I got the idea from banana leaf rice side vege) 

Chicken karage
Corn & carrot soup
White & brown rice with VCO & nutritional yeast flakes





Breakfast: Organic rolled oats with threadfin fish, potato, cauliflower & broccoli

Snack: French toast (wholewheat bread, butter & kampung egg) & moist chocolate cake (steamed using rice cooker)
Lunch: Fried rice with garlic, zucchini, baby corn & kampung egg



Breakfast: Organic rolled oats with threadfin, organic spinach & sweet peas

Snack: Meatball & butter cake (using rice cooker)
Lunch: Stir fry udon

Breakfast: Rolled oats with spinach, sweet peas & threadfin fish
Snack: 'Banjo' burger with kampung egg, mayonnaise & butterhead lettuce
Lunch: Stir fry macaroni with onion, garlic, carrot, hard tofu, kampung egg & spring onion


Breakfast: Threadfin Fish Fillet Brown Rice Meehoon with tomato & spring onion (Broth using chicken, anchovies, cabbage & carrot boiled overnight using slow cooker, added evaporated milk in morning)
Snack: Sweet Corn

Lunch: Mushroom Carbonara with yellow zucchini
