Fried Rice & Millet with Broccoli, Salmon & Celery by Karen Tan


Pan fry the salmon with a little butter first the dish out & flake it. Add in some chopped garlic and onion to the same pan, when it is slightly browned, add in broccoli & celery. Stir fry for awhile and add in the cooked millet & rice, when ready to dish add in salmon and pepper.

Can add in any other veges as well - tomatoes taste good too.
