Homemade Mushroom-Chicken Sauce by Ivy Chen





Ingredients:
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Mushrooms - 3 fresh packs of different types
Chicken breast - 2 pieces & cut into cubes
Garlic - 2 cloves roughly chopped
Yellow Onion - 2 cloves roughly chopped
HL milk - 200ml 
Salt & Pepper - to taste 
Broccoli & Seaweed

Method:
1) Blend mushroom, chicken breast, garlic and onion until fine.
2) Bring mixture from step (1) to boil with olive oil. Stir/Fry until fragrant.
3) Add in milk, salt and pepper. Stir to avoid burn. (Add in half cup of water if too dry)
4) Keep stir and boil for 15 mins.
5) Serve with spaghetti, broccoli & seaweed.
