Lunch / Dinner / Snack Ideas by Ann Thong

Lunch/brunch - Brown rice + lentils + chic stock + stew orange chicken
Snack - yogurt
Dinner - Brown rice + lentils + chic stock + nai bak + carrot + sweet potato

Stew orange chicken:
Ingredients: 
Chicken cube 40gm
Water 100ml
Orange juice 100ml
Orange flesh 1/4

Method:
1) Bring water to boil then put in all ingredients except orange flesh to pot and stew in low heat for 20 mins.
2) Remove from pot and put in orange flesh

Remark :
Choose a nice and big orange so it will be tastier and sweeter


Soft brown rice with steam red snapper, zucchini, chicken stock


Lunch - Brown rice + carrot + corn + chic breast + chicken stock
Snack - Carrot bread + happy cow cheese
Dinner - Oat + banana + blueberry

Soba with onion + carrot + sweet potato + prawn + unsalted butter + happy cow cheese

Brown rice + sponge gourd + lean pork + cauliflower + leek + pork rib soup

Meal for 20 mth old:
Breakfast - FM + BM
Lunch & Dinner - Brown rice + lean meat (marinate with few drops of soya sauce, sesame oil, olive oil & corn flour) + steam celery + broccoli + sweet potato + konbu stock
Snack - Yoghurt & plum
