Oatmeal Muffins by Belinda Lee

Ingredients:
120g self raising flour
2 tsp baking soda
5 tbsp cinnamon powder
2 eggs
90g brown sugar
60ml fresh milk
Organic Oat

Method:
1.beat eggs till frothy..2mins
2.add in sugar and beat slightly. .1min
3.then fold in flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder..1min
4.when batter is mixed evenly. pour in milk bit by bit..mix gently..2min
5.pour batter into mould..1min
6.top up with generous amount of rolled oats..1min
7.steam in high heat for ..15 mins

Muffins ready..you can replace cinnamon with chocolate or add fruits eg blueberries.
You still have 7 mins to cleanup ..all completed in 30 mins
