Spaghetti Carbonara by Yee SuJuen

1. Boil water. Pour in salt and oil. Put in spaghetti. When done, add butter or oil to prevent it from sticking.

2. Fry: onion, garlic, meat, bell pepper, mushroom. Add bacon for non halal user.

3. When cooking spaghetti or frying vege, mix in a bowl: eggs, cream, yogurt, salt, rosemary, cheese, butter.

4. Pour in cooked spaghetti & vege. Then slowly stir in the cream. DO NOT BOIL IT. Just heating will do our else the eggs will be cooked and not creamy anymore.
