Tandoori Chicken by Jaimy Chan





















Tandoori Chicken served with fresh salad, wrap and cucumber raita dressing

To make cucumber raita: 
Put salt on cucumber slices, leave it for few mins, remove excess water, quick rinse, wipe dry. Add chopped garlic, parsley, chive, black pepper, Greek yoghurt. Sprinkle some chilli powder for deco.
