Ingredients:
5 Eggs (adjust according to how many eggs you need for your family)
5 slices of Ham (I used California Ham, hubby's favourite)
Strips of cheese (optional)
Dash of pepper (optional)
Some butter
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200C.
2. Grease muffin pan with some butter (you may also spray non-stick cooking spray) to avoid eggs from sticking on the pan.
3. Layer/Stuff the ham into each muffin hole. Layer the cheese on top.
4. Crack egg into each muffin hole. Add a dash of pepper.
5. Bake for around 10-15 minutes depending on how cooked you want the egg to be.
Notes:
1. You may beat the egg first before pouring into the muffin hole to get scrambled eggs.
2. Alternative for the ham - you may use bread as the base.
