Griddle Scones by Ayu Safarina





















Ingredients:
225 gm self raising flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup (125ml) fresh milk
Butter

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together except for butter. Mix well until you get soft dropping consistency.
2. Heat the butter in the pan. 
3. Drop a tablespoon of the mixture into the pan. 
4. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until u can see bubbles forming on the surface, turn the scones over. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Makes 15 scones.

Optional:
Add some raisins / cheese / agave nectar / honey
