Honey Yogurt Madeleine by Catherine Chong

Ingredients: 
1 egg
20g honey
40g sugar
40g natural yogurt
90g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
70g melted butter

Method:
1) grease mould
2) gently whisk egg, then add in sugar and honey and whisk till sugar is dissolved
3) add in natural yogurt and whisk till batter become foamy
4) add in sifted flour and baking powder to batter and mix till combined
5) add in melted butter in 2 batches, mix well
6) scoop batter into mould
7) Bake 180 degree for 15 min
