Quinoa Fish Porridge by Mummy Love Jayna







































Method:
1. Cook quinoa using plain water. Water ratio 4:1. When water almost absorb all, off fire and let the quinoa absorb the remaining water. 
2. Use fish stock (Note 1) to cook threadfin fish, one slice ginger, some butternut squash, lastly Wong bok vegetable. 
3. Remove fish and add quinoa to cook. Add 1 tbsp cooked rice . Once almost cook, add fish and some Tofu cubes. 

Note:
1. Boil threadfin bones with celery for an hour.
