Cream Puffs with Custard by Cathryn Shan-Chong

Recipe for custard:
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup fresh milk
About 250gm instant custard

Method:
1. Whisk both the cold milk in a chilled metal bowl. Gradually add in the instant custard until you get the thickness that you desire (which for me was almost 250gm).
2. Chill in the refrigerator while you bake the puffs.
3. After chilled, pipe into the puffs and dust some icing sugar on the puff.
