Steam Butter Cakes by Suzanne Eng


Ingredients:
Egg 2
All purpose flour 160g
Baking powder 1tsp
Sugar 80g
Butter 150g

Method:
1. Beat butter and sugar.
2. Add in egg 1 by 1 till batter become thick.
3. Add in sifted flour and baking powder, stir well.
4. Steam for 25 minutes.
