Steam Hot Dog Bun by Suzanne Eng


Ingredients:
A.
300g flour
50g sugar
130ml luke warm water
1 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp salt

B. 
2 tbsp corn oil
Hotdog

Method:
1. MIX all ingredients A and stir well. Add in corn oil and knead till the dough is smooth.

2. Use wet cloth or cling flim to cover the dough, set aside for 1 hour.

3. Cut the dough into 16 pcs, knead to long shape and roll the hotdog to it. Set aside for another 30 minutes.

4. Steam for 15 minutes.
