Steam Spare Ribs with Chestnut and Wolfberries by Lily Tws

Ingredients:
- 300 gm spare ribs
- 2 tbsp five spices (if like more flavour can add 1 more spoon)
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soya (i put 2 tbsp cos hb like bait salty)
- 1 tbspoon sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

Method:
Mix all and put aside for 15 mins. Steam with medium heat for 20- 30 mins.
