Sweet Corn Cake by Charmine Phua






































(Recipe adapted from Alex Goh)

Ingredients:
A
4 eggs
200g sugar

B
200g creamy corn (sweet corn cream style)

C
250g flour
1tbsp double action baking powder

D
80g melted butter

Method:
1. Whip A until light and fluffy. Add in B, mix until well blended.
2. Fold in C, mix until well blended.
3. Add in D, mix until well blended.
4. Pour it into greased and floured 10cm cupcake mould.
5. Steam for 30 mins.
