Banana Cupcakes by Chris Liu
Ingredients:
A. 3 eggs, 160gm sugar
B. 250g banana, 1/4 tsp salt
C. 50 ml milk
D. 240g cake flour, 2 tsp double action baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda
E. 90ml vege oil
Method:
1. Mix A till thick, mash B and add in. Mix well.
2. Mixed in C. Sieve D in and mix well.
3. Add E till well combined.
4. Pour into cupcake moulds.
5. Steam for 20 minutes.
