Carrot, Sweet Potato and Chicken Porridge by Jaimy Chan



















Ingredients: 
1 cup of rice
8oz kampung chicken stock
approx 5 cups water
6 mushrooms (soaked overnight, cut into small pieces)
5-6 baby carrots
1 medium/large sweet potato
Kampung chicken breasts
some wolfberry
special ingredient (fresh ikan bilis, cleaned, fried, grind into powder - added just before serving)
