Fish Porridge by Jenny Puah



















Ingredients:
Local pearl rice, boneless hong jou fillet, 3 balls of minced pork, slices of ginger, 2 soaked dried oyster, finely chopped china long cabbage, sieved cooked carrot from stock.

Stock: china long cabbage, carrot, anchovies, celery, onion, 5 red dates
