Pumpkin Seed, Honey & Oat Cookies by Ho Tsu Yee






































Ingredients:
50g butter
30g honey
20g brown sugar
1 egg
50g plain flour
50g wholemeal flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
50g quick oat
80g pumpkin seeds

Method:
1. Preheat oven 160'C.
2. Cream butter, honey and sugar till fluffy. Add in egg and stir well.
3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Roll the mixture into small balls and press lightly with spoon.
5. Bake for 15 to 18 min or till crispy.
