Method:
Melt butter in heated casserole and onion, garlic and celery. Add chicken stock, chicken, all vege (potato, tomato, carrot, herbs: sweet basil and thyme). Add a bit of flour. Cover lid. Once all ingredients comes to simmer, off the stove and transfer to preheated oven.
Bake casserole at 160-170C for 1.5 hours. Add zucchini and bake for another 1 hour.
